Can no longer insert images

I just upgraded a site 1.0.15. I can browse and add an image via a TV but when I try to do this via TinyMCE instead of the image browser opening up I get a window with:

mysite.com/blackhole/index.php

...as a url.

What am I missing. I tried to change file browser paths but config will not save.

Any ideas?

I think there is a big issue with tinymce

You don't have permission to access /manager/media/browser/mcpuk/browser.php?Connector=http://www.domain.com/manager/media/browser/mcpuk/connectors/php/connector.php&manager_url=http://www.domain.com/manager/&editor=tinymce&editorpath=/assets/plugins/tinymce/&type=images&232972 on this server.

after more testing, It's not tinymce issue
Seems related to the .htaccess file.

When i use a previous .htaccess or my custom htaccess (https://github.com/Nicola1971/Evolution-custom-htaccess) can't load images in the editor.
Try to replace with the last 1.0.15 htaccess > works for me.

Yeah I can see now. I'd added some security settings to my .htaccess and one of them is causing the problem.

removed

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (.*)(http|https|ftp):\/\/(.*) [NC,OR]

from my custom htaccess solve the issue
