Cannot login to manager - 2.3.2 | MODX Community Forums

We moved the site to new server, new db.

I have upgrade the modx to modx-2.3.2. The site (frontend) is fine. Just cannot login to the manger or send activation email to me.

It keeps showing "The username or password you entered is incorrect. Please check the username, re-type the password, and try again."

Tried to send an activation email , then shows 'Error while sending mail to ...@...' ...

I have cleared browser cache and delete files in core/cache/

May I know how to fix it? I am sure that I entered the right username and password...

The RTFM has the procedure for manually resetting the admin password:
