Answered Which version of MODX is running?

    In the older versions of MODX, when you were at the login screen or in the dashboard, the currently running version was clearly shown. This made it very easy to see where you were compared to new releases.

    Now in v2.3 I cannot find anywhere where it states the currently running version. Is this listed somewhere in the dashboard? Am I just missing it altogether?

      Go to Reports and System Information.

        Great, that's what I was looking for. Thanks for the info!

        FWIW, I would still like to see it readily available in the dashboard again, in order to easily see if any security patches or news relate to my install.

          The general dissatisfaction with the disappearance of version info in the Dashboard has been noted, and ideas of how to get it back are being considered.

            Thanks! I did try to search for the info on this but I guess my search terms didn't quite match up because I wasn't finding anything related.
