Not sure what or how to make this adjustment!

I should probably preface this post with the fact that I have only been using ModX for a little over a month and that my knowledge is still minimal. I'm using version Evo 1.0.2 which I understand to be a pretty outdated version. I'm also not totally familiar with the lingo so please excuse me if I get confusing.....

And also as a funny side note - this is my third post of the evening lol!

Ok, here goes...

My company's website has 5 images in a darker gray 'table'? on the bottom of its homepage (please see homepagescreencap1 - attached).

What I'm being asked to do is either add a sixth one in the line (please see homepagescreencap3 - attached) or just do 3 photos on top of 3 photos (please see homepagescreencap2 - attached).

I've attempted to make room for a 6th photo across by making the initial 5 photos smaller in size which worked but the yellow border around the photos remained the same size.

When I just add an extra box it looks like (homepagescreencap4) - leaving a big empty gray area and it looks like the new box is a few clicks to the right - or not directly under the photo above it.

And I just straight-up can't figure how to do 3 images directly on top of another 3 (homepagescreencap2).

I'm completely dumbfounded and need help! I'll absolutely send a giftcard or something to anyone that makes this work for me!

you must find the chunk (or in the template) where that images are being showed.
there you need to add another image and do some CSS styling. Adjust the sizes of the images.

I think you need to learn some basics first about chunks, templates, template variables etc.

Don't know about your CSS skills.

Thanks for reply to this AND my other post....

I don't know CSS at all really...Just a pretty moderate understanding of HTML - but definitely not on a professional web designer's level. :/

But thank you for the suggestion and the link. Will do some investigation and let you know how it turns out.

if your css skills aren't that great the best is to use the second option.
just add <li> 1 block. Don't know if it is a Ditto one or just "handmade".

Change line 170 of SyleSheetmini.css

#featured {
    margin: 0 auto;
    width: 550px;
}

and about line 193 there is a class :first with margin-left:10px; remove that or change it to 20px;
