TV - Template Variable can't create, edit, update - show only white page

Hello,
I've updated from 2.2 to 2.3 and now i can't edit TV .
When i click in left menu on name of TV, system redirect to edit page, show TV page and after 0.5 sec everything disapper and I have white page in browser.

First, make sure that your browser cache and cookies are cleared for the domain.

If that doesn't help, then delete the core/cache directory.

Try uploading and running the "setup" again.

How did you upgrade the files? Did you upload the files via FTP after unzipping them locally?

I uploaded unzipped files by ftp. I cleard browser cache, cookies, cahce folder

Today:
I connect and unzip files locally by ssh.

It's still not working in firefox and chrome but works in Internet Explorer 11.
I don't understand whats going on
Could you advice me how to debug this in Chrome? The rest of options works fine.

I have no idea. I use Firefox, Chrome and Safari on a Mac, and have no problems. I made the suggestions that occurred to me. Maybe someone else has a better idea.

Try turning off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings. (Gear Icon -> System Settings).

If that doesn't work, it may be an issue with mod_security at the host. You can ask your host to check the logs for mod_security violations that happened at the time you experienced the problem.
