I have a resource(page) that contains a migx tv. When I right click and edit this I get a modal window that pops up and allows me to make some changes to the content. I then click 'Done'.
The resource also contains some RichText TV's. If I type some text into one and click save the content is not being added to the database because once I close the resource and open it again the RichText field does not have new the content.
I also checked the payload in the headers from the Network tab. In the screenshot I have included you can see that 123 is not included in the payload when I click save.
Has anyone experienced problems saving content from RichText fields after editing a migx tv or interacting with any other kind of modal dialog?
which versions of all, which browser(s) ?

you should upgrade MIGX and try it again
I upgraded MIGX to 2.8.1 but I still get the problem.
