    Hi,

I have quite a few clients now using MODx and I no longer have time to provide them all with in-depth support for things like fixing recalcitrant add-ons, upgrading core/add-on versions, and so forth. I would like to sign up for commercial support and outsource my clients’ tickets to the experts on a case-by-case basis. Is this service now available or should I post a request for help in the "commercial inquiries & bounties" forum?

    Thanks,
    Anton

We’re not actively marketing commercial support yet, but it’s definitely live: http://modxcms.com/commercial-support.html

OK, thanks. I’ve had a look at the plans. Perhaps I am missing something but I can’t see a business case that would make sense for me. My MODx support issues are often numerous and small (in time to resolve). Looking at any of the listed options on a per-ticket basis, it doesn’t really add up. By way of simple comparison, I currently pay around $100 per month for fully managed VPS hosting with unlimited sys admin support. I suppose if the tickets all related to major issues which took hours to resolve, it would be different. But that sounds more like project work, rather than regular "tech support". Anyway, just my 10c. (I should add that the dedicated help forum option does look reasonable.)

          MODx support looks very good.
