Using TaggerGetResourcesWhere to Exclude Resources

TaggerGetResourcesWhere works great when you want to select all resources that contain one of the tags but we want to select all resources that contain all of the tags. I tried to customize the snippet but I guess I don't quite understand its function. Anyone tried this yet?

This is already implemented, set matchAll parameter to 1, and you will get only resources that has assigned all specified tags.
