Predefined Template Content Issue

Hi all,
I've been having a weird issue in Evolution 1.0.14 that I can't seem to figure out. In Tools > Configuration > Interface & Features > TinyMCE Settings, I have a comma-separated list of chunk names that are supposed to appear in the "Insert Predefined Template Content" popup window in TinyMCE (in the "Select a Template" dropdown list). The thing is, this only works sometimes, and other times, the list appears empty. BUT, if I clear all my browser data (not the MODX site cache), this list immediately appears correctly populated.
I know this is a very weird bug, but I'm hoping that someone else has run into it because I have no idea what's going on. I'm about ready to hardcode this list. FYI, I'm on an IIS 7 webserver (not my choice). -- Steve
