modx.s3.amazonaws.com Blocked by Norton ConnectSafe

I'm using the Norton DNS servers, and when trying to download directly from the MODX repository I get their "Malicious website blocked!" page. Going to the supposed "detailed report", it just says the site hasn't been tested yet, and has nothing to say about it.

What's their problem? It looks like some kind of extortion racket, "Nice site you have there, would be a shame if people were afraid to use it..."
