Multiple roles for one user?

    My nodes tree looks like this:

    -> Category 1
    ->page 1
    ->page 2

    I want allow users to edit pages, but not Categories. Is it possible?

      There is a Configuration setting to allow users to see all documents (and thus containers and their children) even if they do not have permission to access them. This way you can have the containers in a different group that your users cannot access, but the children will be accessible.

        Is this the only way? With many nodes it will be messy...
