    Hi,

Can anyone suggest how I build a webpage sitemap for users in Modx. I tried ’Listsitemap’ which worked ok but seems to have limitations and is not supported anymore according to the forum.

Should I be using Ditto? and if any clues would be appreciated

    Thanks

The Wayfinder snippet does a good job of making site maps.

Just set the startId parameter to the root of your site & set the level parameter to 0 (that is the default anyway).

      Simple example:

      [[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`0`]]

      Have a look at

      http://www.muddydogpaws.com/development/wayfinder/parameters.html

For more info on modifying the output.

I have attached the wayfinder code: for the sitemap

          [[Wayfinder? &startId=`0` &level=`0`]]

How do you get it to pick up documents (grayed out docs in the manager tree) which are not part of the main menu i.e those that do not have the ’show in menu’ ticked.

As you can tell from the question I am still new to this. I did look in the Wayfinder doc but could not see one that might work for this

          thanks

            From the documentation:
            &ignoreHidden
                default: FALSE
                values: [ TRUE | FALSE ]
description: The ignoreHidden parameter allows Wayfinder to ignore the display in menu flag that can be set for each document. With this parameter set to TRUE, all documents will be displayed regardless of the Display in Menu flag.
