Hi! We have a site with 37 000 records in modx_site_content. Clear cache in 2.2.15 works ok. But after update to
2.3.1 console says "Console running..." with deactivated buttons and no messages. All plugins are deactivated.
This process is aborted after timeout 30s.

i solve the problem.
The sollution is to comment line 18 //$this->modx->call('modResource', 'refreshURIs', array(&$this->modx));
in modSystemClearCacheProcessor.
For sites with many resources it hang up and require long time for processing. Here occur max_execution_time, max_input_time and others restrictions that invoke abort running the script.
