How To Create Folders?

This tutorial shows an old version of the MODx Manager which allowed user to create a New Folder at the click of a button:

NewsManager requires folders. I have no idea how to create them since that Create New Folder button is no longer anywhere in the Manager.

Create a document
Right click it and hit edit
Click the tab "page settings"
Tick the checkbox "container ?"

also, if you choose a document as the father of another one...
it automatically changes to be a folder... container... parent...

Yes, it’s as simple as right-click on the document, select "Create document here", and the document automatically becomes a parent, and the new document is its child.
