Could not download packages via Package Manager. Downloading is starting and after few seconds open window with text "failure".
Version of MODx 3.2.1-pl.
Permissions on the folder core/packages is "777"

Are you sure your server allows that permission? Some require 755.
Are you sure your PHP has cURL enabled?

Have you looked at your server error logs?
I can't view server error logs now because my hosting do not show me him ((
In MODx error log is nothing

I was thinking it might be a timeout in your host's PHP setting. Can you download very small packages, such as UltimateParent or Copyright?
I can not download these packages. The same error.
Downloading is not the repository. When downloading the file from the local computer is no problem.
Some users have reported trouble downloading packages in 2.3 due to mod_security restrictions at the host. You might try to download a package and then ask your host if there are any mod_security violations at the time of your try.
