Can anyone point me in the right direction, trying to edit my contexts but can not seem to find where to do so in the new and improved manager. Running 2.3.1

The gear icon next to your user icon. I call it the "tools icon", I don't know if it has an official name.

Well I tried every option in there but still no luck... am I overlooking something here?
Perhaps my menu is different... check my attachment

I noticed I am not able to edit existing context neither, have a babel site with multiple languages and since I did not find where to add contexts in the new manager I tried editing an existing context but I am not able to change the context key.

Ok, so I confirm it should be there under the tools icon... Problem is that its not showing up under mine. Could Babel be the issue? Recently upgraded from 2.2.14 to 2.3.1 and have the latest version of Babel installed that I use for handling multiple languages true contexts. Any help is highly appreciated.
