Using Modx with MaxCdn

Has anyone had any issues with using Modx with MaxCdn? I downloaded the package (http://modx.com/extras/package/modxmaxcdntoolkit) completed the install / setup process and the site does not seem to be hitting their api at all.

I tried going through their support, walked them through my configuration and they think it is an issue with modx itself but I have not had any experience with the package or this particular cdn previously so i'm un sure on how valid that is.

Has anyone had any experience with them / this type of set up? Only thing I could think might be interfering would be that I have google pagespeed installed on the server.

Do you mean the CDN isn't working or the Extra isn't able to communicate with MaxCDN?

In the first instance did you configure the domain name accordingly for everything to function?

In the second instance could you elaborate on how you configured things?

I had problems the one time I tried it, but the site had other problems as well, and the client hired the MODX team to get them set up properly on a new server, including setting up MaxCDN, so I don't know what they did.
