I was wondering how difficult or expensive it might be to integrate osTicket with MODx.
1. Would it be possible to have osTicket's user registration and login use MODx for authentication, so a user only has to register or login on the main web site?
2. How difficult would it be to display the support ticket data for a user in a MODx web page so that we can make use of the MODx template system and have it look like it is part of the same website?
Has anyone worked on something like this?
