Can t hide resources with resource groups

Hi,

i m trying to create a page only vissible after frontend login.
So I create a members only resource group, andd drag a page in there.
The page has published tickt and hide from menu untickt. It is not hidden in the menu after save and flush?
Why not?

Putting a Resource into a Resource group does not protect it in any way. It's not protected in the front end (i.e., hidden), unless you also connect that Resource Group to the Members User Group with a Resource Group Access ACL entry with a context of 'web' (or whatever the front-end context is).

You may have to flush all sessions after making any changes. Also, if you're previewing from the Manager, you won't see things as the users will.
