No-Follow External Links Plugin

I've created this little plugin because this morning I received two Google unnatural external links penalties .
The NoFollowExternalLinks Plugin add rel="nofollow" to all external links in MODX Evolution content (only in content field, not in template, chunk..)

Features:

* DoFollow tv to exclude documents from the plugin
* No Follow only this domain configuration:

Install with Package Manager or Store module

or

* create a plugin and copy and paste the content of NoFollowExternalLinks.tpl
* check OnLoadWebDocument system event

Optional Plugin configuration to add rel="nofollow" only to a selected domain (ie: amazon affiliate links)

What caused the "unnatural external links"?

It's related to the latest Google Penguin realease.

Happened to me with two thematic blogs. Probably the cause is the box "network" with the links of my blog network.

Moreover, the two blogs are older than 10 years and have old articles with some do-follow links.

Created this plugin for a quick fix for webmaster tools Reconsideration request. In the future I will add a tv to exclude some pages from the plugin.
