How can I Create a list of condominiums

I’m trying to do something like this:

How can start? Can I use Datagrid or Ditto? How does that work?

I would use Ditto. If you use TVs (or longtitle and description) for the items shown, you can use a custom chunk template to lay out the "grid" any way that seems good to you... including a table if you like. Just keep in mind that the Ditto chunk template will be the layout of each individual item, so if you used a table the <table> </table> tags would surround the Ditto call, and you’d need to put the <tr> </tr> tags carefully in order to not mess up the layout.
