My websites not working (I am using Evolution 1.0.14), I spoke with my hosting support they said my account was hitting its Entry Processes limit. and they reviewed my account and have found no signs of compromise. so they advice me get troubleshooting from developer.

I don't know what Entry Processes limit is. Maybe you've been hit by hackers?

Or some spiders or whatever giving problems?
The occasions this morning could be from search engine spiders or something along those lines.

I lately have seen some increasing (google analytics) visitors stream from Brasil.
I have added some lines in my .htaccess file:
SetEnvIfNoCase Referer semalt.com spammer=yes
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
Deny from env=spammer
Because I wrote somewhere it could be related to some semalt.com spider. Not real visitors...
