    Here is the situation, I run an alliance website. This alliance consists of multiple organizations. Lets say Red - Blue - Alpha

    I want to setup a portal thats integrated with a forum.

    Each organization (red, blue, alpha, respectively) would designate one of their members to be its organizations content manager.

    Designated: Organization Content managers (OCM)
    red = Joe
    Blue = dave
    Alpha = sarah

    My portal will be organized like this:

    HOME - RED - BLUE - ALPHA -
    intro * * *
    - Forum Forum Forum
    Alliance Threads

    Each OCM can manage their respective pages, and forum threads.
    But OCM’s cannot view/edit/etc anything else that belongs to me, or other OCMs.

    OCMs are only permitted to add submenus to the main menu
    example: REDS OCM can add under RED

    1.) New menu -> content
    2.) new menu -> content
    3.) etc...

    Same would apply to the forums:

    Each OCM can create new threads, moderate, only their own section, or what has been assigned to them.

    Last but not least:

    All members of the RED organization only have access to red
    All members of blue only to blue
    same with forums
