Hi
I just updated from 2.2.4 to 2.3.1 and now I can't see the table of installed extras. I only can read "Processor not found: getlist"
When I try to download extras I also only get an popup message with the same error
I already tried to reinstall 2.3.1...
thx for helping...
How are you installing the upgrade files? Are you uploading them via FTP?

Yes - I downloaded the traditional version, unzipped the archive on my pc and uploaded the files on the server (of course after I made a backup)
That is the way I do it since revo 2.0

That's not the recommended way to do it. Uploading all of those files often results in one or more files getting corrupted or failing to upload.
The easiest way is to upload the install.php file into your site root and run it from the browser - domain.com/install.php. Then select the version to upgrade to, and it will get the zip file directly from the MODX repository and unzip it in place.

Susan, has that been tested with the core moved and the manager renamed?
Do you know what the advanced install setup actually does? My guess is that it installs the files in the traditional locations, then copies them to the custom locations, then deletes them, but I've never actually checked.
I haven't tested it, I will do that now.
No, it does not. I will have to work on it to have it look for a config.core.php file to determine the path for the core and the config_key. It'll also have to check the (config_key).inc.php file for the names of the assets, connectors and manager folders.
Actually I'm not all that sure how easy it is to upgrade an advanced installation anyway.

It would be great to have a script that upgraded Advanced installs. I think a lot more people would harden their sites if that were available.
I would have thought the advanced distro setup would work once your script had finished.
Well, you can't just do an advanced install, anyway. Before you can run setup, you have to move or rename the core directory to where you want it to be.
