The snippet would go in the resource content, or perhaps an otherwise empty template assigned to the resource
$url = $modx->makeUrl(13);
$modx->sendRedirect($url);
Of course, the link provided by the search result would still be pointing to the video-resource, it just would always send the user to your Downloads page when accessed.
