    I'm having a weird issue with Revo 2.2.14, pThumb and media sources.

    My error log gets filled with the following:
     [2014-08-01 15:40:02] (ERROR @ /paas/c0058/www/core/components/phpthumbof/model/phpthumbof.class.php : 238) PHP warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/media/baggrunde/SalgogLevering.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/paas/c0058)

    The full path above, that it says isn't within the allowed paths, would be: /paas/c0058/www/media/baggrunde/SalgogLevering.jpg - which is very much inside the allowed path...

    I'm pretty sure this is a wrong setting in either the TV, that has been restricted to a specific media source, or the media source settings that causes the error. But I can't figure out where and hope someone can point me in the right direction.

      It's the leading /

      As a URL that's OK, it means the web root, and is called an absolute URL. But as a file path, that means the root of the server's file system, so it thinks you are trying to access outside of the web root.

      Does your Media Source have its path and URL with the leading / ? it shouldn't, they should be relative to the web root. Something like
      media/baggrunde/

        The media source is correctly set up with
        media/
        as the the path
