ModxHost update

Hello,

I have installed ModxHost template through default installation,and also I had put my own template apart from Modxhost(something switching template). now I would like to update my MODX Evolution without harming to both of the template. could you let me know what is the best update options for modxhost and how I have to select or unselect options on update time?

there is a checkbox for the sample data and modxhost stuff. these should be unselected.

always backup your site, ftp and database.
you could also upgrade modx and then paste your modxhost folder back again /assets/templates/modxhost/ with ftp.
