Revo 2.3.1

I just noticed on my local Apache server the Gravatar appears as expected but on the remote server it's replaced with a generic small white "person" icon. I thought maybe the browser was blocking it (e.g. an extension or add-on) but that's definitely not the case.

Could this be a MODX-only or server-only issue? Or some combination of the two?

There is a System Setting to block the Gravatar and use the "person" icon, or if for some reason it can't connect to gravatar it'll show the "person" icon.

I don't see that particular System Setting.

Both the local and remotes sites have identical settings so I don't understand why the remote site can't access Gravatar when the local site can. Could it be a web host (not a Gravatar) issue? Some sort of security feature that's blocking the remote connection?

How's this for strange? The remote installation has no such setting, though the local does. There's the problem.

Are you sure the remote installation is 2.3.1?

Positive. I ran the setup again and it appears to be fine, the setting is there now. Thanks.
