Cant download packages

    Hi all,

    I've installed new site on a server and for some reason cannot download packages. I get the error:

    Could not download package at: http://modx.s3.amazonaws.com/extras/4d556a9ab2b083396d0000eb/packagename.transport.zip


    I've tried this a few times on different packages with no luck.

    Other sites on the same VPS with the same account type work fine.

    Would anyone have any suggestions?

      What can you tell us about this site vs the others on this server?

        Not much im afraid. As far as I know it should be no different to any other site

          Ok, can you tell us more about the server configuration. I'm guessing you have tried a few other installs tonight as well? Download problems could be related to the source, transit or destination server. The more possible problem sources we can eliminate the better.

          It would also help to know what version of MODX we are talking about wink
