Rich Text Editor (Intro-Text-Field) for Articles

Hi all,
Actually my Website suffers a bit of usability in the backend.

What I want is that the INTRO TEXT field is usable with a Rich Text Editor and additionally I would like to have a kind of Image-Upload field.
I'm not experienced in changing such things, maybe you can help me find the right way to realize that?

Thanks in advance,

Ok I handled the image field with a TV and works fine - It's a bit unhandy, that it isn't displayed directly where I write the Article itself and have to click on "Template Variables".

But how do I get the Intro-Text-Field changed to an Rich-Text-Editor-Field?
