Provisioner for 2.3 - Looking to migrate my old EVO site

    Any chance 2.3 will have a provisioner functionality?

    Should I just provision my Evo to 2.1x version and the try to do an upgrade from there?

    Thoughts and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

      I'd be inclined to use Provisioner on 2.2.15, get it all fixed, then upgrade to 2.3.x
