I install Modx 2.2.15 on but i recive gateway time out error, i retry and the installation finish.
Now modx back-and is very slow, my php version 5.3.28 there is the problem this version?

Do you have a LAMP or Windows based setup, what webserver, what database, what php version, how is php configured. If you could provide us with the phpinfo output for the server or a link to it (you can PM it if you want).

I'm not seeing any major issues with the phpinfo you sent me. Overall this looks to be an environment specific problem related to Apache/PHP - perhaps something mod_security related. You need to talk with your hosting provider to resolve the problem.
You could try moving the site to another host to see if the problems persist, if you want I can provide you with a trial account for that purpose.
