Has anyone created a custom TV type that acts like a Resource List tv but has searching capabilities similar to how when one enters an html link in TinyMCE they can search by the pagetitle?

If not, where on GitHub would I put in a feature request to extend the Resource List tv type's features? (I'm still new to GitHub).
