Hello all, I have been looking for a way to do this and have come up blank. Is there any easy way of archiving data that has been added to MIGXdb? We are using MIGXdb for storing sponsor data for a yearly event. Often sponsors skip a year of support and we would like to be able to archive/unarchive their information instead of deleting.

I have already built in a visible/hidden function which works great for hiding sponsors which we have not received all of their bios or logos from the public, but the main issue is that there have probably been over 200 sponsors over the years and we don't want to have to sift through all of them all the time.

As I was writing this I though that maybe there was some way of filtering the data displayed in MIGXdb similar to the search. I am thinking, a button that will cause only "Live" sponsors to show and a button that shows only the archived ones. Let me know if anyone has some insights into my predicament!

    Thank you all in advance!

Hey all, I figured it out. I ended up using the combobox db-filter and added a new archive field into the db. Works like a charm!
