I can't for the life of me figure out how to invoke multi-tabbed editing, and I can't find the demo of the new 2.3 interface that someone once posted a little while ago. Could someone please help me figure that out?

I'm not sure what you mean by "multi-tabbed editing". You can clone a tab in Firefox by middle-clicking on the reload button.

I don't believe the demoed multi-tabbed editing within the Manager made it into 2.3. What did make it into 2.3 was enabling the ability to right click (or similar) to open actions in the Manager in new Windows/Tabs. This behavior was previously overridden by the context menu and because the actions were all JS based.
