SSH and multiple admins

    A question for you "big boys" out there who work in teams. How do you handle SSH access?

    One SSH login to rule them all, and that's the user:group for the site files and directories?

    Everybody has their own SSH login, they all belong to the same group, which is also the group for the site files and directories, and change permissions to 775 and 664?

    Everybody has their own SSH login and use su or sudo to work in the site files (which means you can't use SFTP clients)?
