Blank Manager Screen when Upgrading from 2.2.14 to 2.3

    This is an upgrade from 2.2.14 to Revo 2.3. I can login to the manager. The dashboard shows the top menu but none of the links work, just a blank screen. I have trashed all of the cache and I am running compatible PHP / mySQL DB. I have a couple of dozen Revo 2.2 sites running on this same server.

    This is a new site that I began in 2.2.14 and decided to upgrade before coding it out (thankfully!).

    Any insight would be helpful.

      Do you have any extras installed? If so, what are they? Do you see any errors in the error.log?

        Nothing installed. Can't get the error log to come up.

              Try turning off compress_css and compress_js via phpMyadmin and delete the core >> cache again

                I am also having the same problem in my localserver. Not yet tried it on a webserver. However,My error_log shows [core/cache/logs]

                      Jack, was it turning off Compress JS/CSS that resolved it for you or deleting /core/cache?
