MODX Multilingual and phpThumbsUp

I have a MODX Multilingual my url is this:
http://www.mysite.it
http://www.mysite.it/en

i follow this guide:
http://designfromwithin.com/blog-webdesign-development/2012/01/12/modx-multilingual-setting-up-babel-and-have-a-website-with-multible-languages/?quip_thread=article-b2-36&quip_parent=179

Work all site but the image with phpThumbsUp don't work. The problem is the base_path:
<img alt="test" src="/home/mysite/public_html/phpthumbsup/w/361/h/365/zc/1/src/en/assets/images/test/test.jpg" style="opacity: 1;">

the base path add en to the phpthumb path. I add this but don't work whith phpthumbsup:
# redirect all requests to /en/assets* to /assets*
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(en)/assets(.*)$ assets$2 [L,QSA]

I tried several of the thumbnail generators, then ended up using pThumb. It works for me. I'm also using the "resource-specific Media Source" gallery demo using MIGx for the images, and a regular image-type TV for the tripthumb album cover images.

Ok thank you Susan, pthumb working fine.
