I have a site hosted on a goDaddy shared server. Occasionally my site will go down—only a blank page is visible — until I log in and clear the site cached. There are always errors within the MODx error report—all of which I do not understand.
However, I enabled error reporting from my goDaddy control panel yesterday, and I am seeing now tons of errors within the last 24hr, each appearing to come from a different IP address, which leads me to think, these are errors that are occurring when a user visits the site. I'm trying to isolate what the issue is, and could use some help from experts. Today however, the site still loads fine, but perhaps after several weeks of these errors building up is when the site goes down?
Here is a sample of one of the errors.

How can I determine if this is an error with the way I have coded something in MODx, or whether it's a goDaddy issue? This site has go down many times before, and I am now just starting to try and learn to evaluate the error messages, and this is a first for actually being able to capture server side error messages.
What is the difference between errors in the MODx error report and the errors in the goDaddy error log? Are MODx errors internal only or is that also a record of when users visit the site?
One additional note: goDaddy only supports 7 days or error reporting, and they must be viewed within that period, after which, my interpretation is that the error log is then removed. So yesterday, I started a clean slate so that I could start to track and understand what's going on. I cleared out the MODx error log, and then enabled error reporting at goDaddy. This morning: tons of errors identical to the one I posted above—each with a different client IP, and my MODx error report this morning has no errors.

The errors in question should be brought to GoDaddy's attention as they are server configuration specific.
In regards to the error logs:
MODX - It's specific to errors in and/or involving MODX.
GoDaddy - Specific to the hosting environment, and in some rare cases MODX.
