    This is really a CSS issue and not a modx issue, but here goes:

    I have a link style with an arrow that’s right aligned. This is the CSS for the class:

    font-family:"Trebuchet MS";
    font-size:12px;
    color:#266D94;
    text-decoration:none;
    background:url(images/bullet1.gif) right no-repeat;
    padding-right:15px;

    Here’s how it looks in Firefox, Safari, IE7: http://img388.imageshack.us/img388/6055/firefoxvm1.jpg

    But here’s how it looks in IE6: http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/701/ie6gf5.jpg

    This looks like some kind of IE6 specific bug. Is this a know issue? I’ve tried Googling it and adjusting the code, but no dice. This only happens when the link wraps to two or more lines. The arrow should site to the right of the last word of the last line, but not in IE6. Any ideas?

    Regards,
    Matt

      Have you tried "bottom right no-repeat"?

        hmm... doing that makes the arrow completely disappear when the text wraps to a second line.

          Maybe stick a display: block in there (IE is enough to make me wonder why I keep doing this stuff sometimes)

            yea tried that already. That causes another series of problems. I tried doing research via google on this, but I don’t come up with good results because I’m not sure what to google for. How can you assign a name to this issue? huh
