I am facing the same problem from time to time. JSON data stored by MIGX got corrupted in DB for some reason. Nothing special in logs, by the way. What could cause that problem?
At first, you would need to find a way, to check at which point they get corrupted.
Maybe a plugin for onDocformSave, which does log the value at each save, could be a first step.
