MIGX configs are empty

I found the configs missing after an update. I can see items in the database but not under MIGX Management.

Any way I can get this back?

you can try this:

go to the tab Package Manager
put 'migx' in to the field package name
go to the tab 'create tables' -> click 'create tables'
go to the tab 'add fields' -> click 'Add fields'
go to the tab 'update indexes' -> click 'update indexes'

No it did not.

then try to remove MIGX completely (make sure the core/components/migx - directory is removed)
and install the newest version again

Tried that didn't work either
Ended up reconstructing the database from an older backup and it's working again

I am also working with migxconfigs files which created after Right click on our cmp and Export/Import link

I am getting correct project.config.js file. Right now i want to make this CMP as Transport Package, So i can use this in my other system as well.

But i don't know further Process ? What should i do to make Transport Package ?
