New to MODx

Hi all, recently came across MODx, can someone tell me if the following is possible:

Build a website out of XHTML/CSS and then have just the MODx content tags inside so that just content can be changed?

Yes. That is the primary way in which MODx works. You build static XHTML/CSS, create a new template in MODx Manager->Manage Resources->Templates, copy XHTML into the template, place path to your CSS and place [*#content*] where you want content to appear and create a new document and enter your content. Done

BTW - I cant say for sure but I have seen mostly verdana here in the forum and some Lucida Grande. I have no idea about the artwork font.
