Problem On MODX Installation

Hi,

I am trying to install MODX, but when I click on "Test database server connection and view collations." nothing happens and the following error shows in browser:

Refused to set unsafe header "Connection" mootools.js:2
Class.send mootools.js:2
XHR.extend.request mootools.js:2
(anonymous function)

Anyone got this problem before and found a solution?

I really dunno much about this stuff, is the db made and are the fields correct?
what version PHP does the server have, is php set on the server?

Yes both PHP and MySQL are installed with the following versions:

PHP Version 5.5.13
Version mysqlnd 5.0.11-dev

I just ran the phpinfo in a separate file - in fact the above information got it from there ...

Maybe an automatic password is saved for this domain in browser, or some cookie could be set wrong.

did you try an other browser?

Changed browser as well ... I'm suspecting it is an issue with some configuration property or maybe PHP version too high?

PHP 5.4 max. Yama has done some quickfix for PHP 5.5 since mysqli is deprecated in PHP 5.5.

Hi Jako, yes after I downgraded to PHP 5.3 MODX installed normally.
