FCEditor & implode()

Good evening!
I have two problems with MODx. It’s started after transferring from other server.
1. When I try to open my FCEditor, it isn’t show a files. If try to upload new file it makes an error window ("Internal error").
2. What does it mean? First page of my site (http://microdelo.ru) contains a following text:

« MODx Parse Error »
MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« PHP Parse Error »

Thank you.. but nothing was changed..

What version of MODx and FCKEditor is the site running? Also, what kind of server is it? Windows? Linux/Unix? And what version of PHP is it running? Just a little info to help us narrow the problem.
