I have one site that when I choose any installed component it start to load it then the website bleed through in a modol window with an "ok" button on the bottom. I've cleared core cash and flushed permissions. I also unistalled the last component installed (mxcalendar, I thought origanally it was the only component with the problem). I also updated to 2.2.14.
Could anyone point me in a direction? I'm not sure where to look next.

It sounds like something is triggering your not-found page as an error message. Try uninstalling then reinstalling your components.
Thanks, I ended up reinstalling a fresh modx and moving the site to a subfolder. There were a lot of little buggy things in that install. Sometimes it's best to just start a clean slate.
