Toggle the value of a MIGX field in column matrix without "editing" the field

Hi,
is there a way to toggle a checkbox/option or listview field ("0/1" AKA "cross/tick") in the colums matrix?
I cannot get any of those renders to work as I would expect them to work. ;-)

I want to save time by not having to edit each field but to toggle it with a click.
