Greetings,
I am currently running into an issue with
phpThumb throwing PHP errors when trying to generate thumbnails on Front-end or Hover over Back-end image files where they contain capitalized characters (lowercase and numerics do not cause issue).
Error is as follows:

In an attempt to remedy the issue, the site was upgraded from 2.2.10-pl to 2.2.14-pl on the server and a clean .htaccess file was used to verify it was not a Mod Rewrite issue as well.
