Updated to Evo 1.0.14 - cant login to manager

I've just updated my site to use the latest version of Evo but now get a php error when I try to login to manager:
```
Notice: Use of undefined constant E_DEPRECATED - assumed 'E_DEPRECATED' in /home/mystie/mysite.org/manager/includes/protect.inc.php on line 6]
```
Would anyone know what this is and how I could fix it?

Better see if you can use a newer version of PHP on your server.
