I prepared my site on localhost, parameters from phpmyadmin:
    server: 5.0.27-community-nt
    MySQL: 5.0.22

    Everythink works fine.

When moved site to virtual server

    server 5.0.51
    MySQL: 5.0.45

Everythink is ok but tree sorting. It doesn’t work. When I try sort it by menu index - nothing happens. I can’t find any solutions on forum.

Odd you can’t find it. It’s a very well-known and frequently discussed bug in that version of MySQL.

That’s due to MySQL 5.0.51. No solution but to upgrade it or downgrade it at the moment. You will have other problems later most likely.

It’s a known issue with the MySQL version so I doubt you’ll encounter much resistance. Good luck!

I asked for upgrade, phpmyadmin says now:

                    server: 5.0.51-2 (little patch?)
                    client MySQL: 5.0.45

All is OK now! Thanks again.
